“When you ring it, a zombie hand hands out a full-size pack of Skittles…”

Feeling a bit lazy and not up for trick-or-treating? Let the candy come to you.

Skittles—which, like practically every candy brand, considers Halloween to be its de facto Super Bowl—built a fun and creepy-looking home on wheels that’s been driving around Toronto this week, handing out candy.

“We’ve found in our research that at a certain age, people lose their Halloween spirit, or it becomes more frowned upon,” Mars Wrigley vp of marketing Diana Frost told Media in Canada. “Children stop dressing up or trick-or-treating as early as the age of 12. We’re doing this to show that everyone should still enjoy Halloween, whether or not you’re actually going out.”

The House That Trick or Treats You” is the brainchild of DDB Canada, with help from MediaCom and Harbinger.
